Meet Ginger Ramsey:
Top Producing Real Estate Broker in Jefferson County, WI
All roads pointed to Ginger ending up in the real estate business. After extensive traveling worldwide and living in Portland, Oregon, she ended up settling back in Wisconsin. Being raised in Lake Mills with lots of family around, it was a no-brainer where to raise her children. With a graphic design degree from UW-Madison, Ginger began working at different printing companies in Madison, not ever finding the right amount of challenge. At night she would troll the internet looking at houses for sale, seeing the potential in them, and wondering what the houses sold for. Eventually, she got her real estate license and the rest is history. For about a year she did both jobs, getting up at 4 am to work on real estate before her “real” job and stayed up after the kids went to bed to get it all done.
Why She’s Different:
In real estate, Ginger has had a lot of success. She has bought and sold plenty of real estate and understands how stressful and exciting it can be. The worst thing is not knowing, and she always pledges to her clients, “As soon as I know anything, you will!” She loves helping people, educating clients about the process, and home projects, so selling real estate is a perfect fit. In 8 years, she has done more training and earned more designations than most agents do in their entire career. Feel free to reach out to her with questions about the real estate market, home renovations, or local tradespeople, she’s a wealth of knowledge and always happy to help!
When she isn’t working, she is hanging with her lovely, blended family at their house out in the country just north of Lake Mills. Her husband, Josh, s a City of Madison Firefighter and Paramedic. They have three kids: Gibson 14, Ruby 11, Pierce 10. Rounding out their family are their German Shepard dogs: Siegfried is 3 and Ryder is 1.
