Real estate agents who don't put their client's needs first rarely succeed. The agents who can empathize with their clients are the ones who thrive. Having moved from Texas to Michigan, back to Texas, and now to Wisconsin, I'm no stranger to moving. Because of this, I experienced firsthand the struggles that come with working with an agent who puts his own needs ahead of his clients.
