Brookstone Meadows is a subdivision on the east side of charming Lake Mills, Wisconsin. The first homes in the Brookstone Meadows subdivision were built in the late 1990s. This family-friendly subdivision continues to grow with new homes being built every year by Loos Homes.

Easy access to the downtown Lake Mills amenities, Rock Lake, Sandy Beach, Bartel’s Beach, several other city parks, schools, library, restaurants, coffee shops, golf course, and Interstate-94 to head east to Madison or west to Oconomowoc, Waukesha, and Milwaukee.

Nature and Recreation

Pond – Approximately 34 homes are located on a large pond in Brookstone Meadows. This is a desirable location for nature lovers as wildlife can be seen year-round. Residents of these homes on the pond can also enjoy fishing on the pond or cruising around with pedal boats and kayaks (no motors allowed).

Wallace Park is a 30-acre park that features baseball and softball diamonds, a batting cage, soccer fields, playground equipment, picnic tables, a reservable shelter, restrooms, and a story walk nature trail through and around a forest. Wallace Park is located on the west side of the Brookstone subdivision.

Brookstone Park is a smaller 1.5-acre park located in the center of Brookstone Meadows. This park features a basketball court, playground equipment, open green space, and picnic tables.

Glacial Drumlin State Trail is a 52-mile state trail that’s great for biking, running, and walking. You can hop on this neat trail just down the road from the Brookstone Subdivision and Wallace Park.

Homes

You’ll find a variety of housing opportunities in Brookstone Meadows, from rentals to brand new homes. Homes in the Brookstone Meadows subdivision range from about $350,000 to $500,000.

Current lots on Ridgeview Drive are being sold for around $100,000 – $110,000.
